Desktop Chrome and Edge

  1. Open a form

Open a Google Form or Microsoft Form in desktop Chrome or Edge, then click the AmphiVox mic.

  2. Sign in once

Connect your free AmphiVox account and allow microphone access.

  3. Talk, review, submit

Answer out loud. You can still type or click. Review the answers and press the form’s Submit button yourself.

It follows the form, and your typing.

Text, choices, checkboxes, dropdowns, ratings, dates, and grids are supported, with time questions on Google Forms and ranking on Microsoft Forms. Multi-page forms continue as you answer. Google’s “collect email addresses” question is supported too.

Edit an answer yourself at any time; the assistant keeps up with what is on the page. File uploads, picture-only options, and questions it cannot fill remain yours to complete.

Your conversation, your choices.

Choose a language and voice, mute the microphone, or open the transcript.

Only the form you are answering.

During a voice session, questions and current answers from the open form are sent to AmphiVox. Microphone audio is streamed and never stored. A notice on screen says you are speaking with an AI assistant.

No. You review the answers and press Submit yourself.

Does it cost anything?

The extension is free: you are never charged. For now, a voice session can run for up to 10 minutes, and the number of sessions running at once is limited.
