Terms of Service

By using AmphiVox, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms and explains what we do with data.

AmphiVox lets you build forms that people answer by speaking. An AI assistant conducts the conversation, works out the answers, and delivers them to a destination you choose.

You need an account to build forms. You do not need one to answer someone else’s form.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use a voice form. Keep your sign-in secure and let us know at contactus@amphivox.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

You are responsible for the forms you create and for the data you collect through them. In particular, you agree that:

• You have a proper reason to collect the information you are asking for.
• You will tell respondents who you are and what you will do with their answers, and obtain any consent your local law requires — including consent to a conversation being processed by an AI where that applies.
• You will not use AmphiVox to collect payment card details, government identity numbers, health information, or other specially protected data.
• You will handle requests from respondents about their own data. You control that data; we only process it for you.
• You will not direct forms at children.

Deleting a form deletes the responses stored in AmphiVox for it, along with its connected credentials and widget keys. Responses already delivered to your own Google Sheet, Excel workbook or Drive folder stay in your account and are yours to manage.

The person or organisation who created the form decides what is asked and what happens to your answers. Questions about your answers should go to them, not to us.

You can review everything on screen before submitting, and nothing is submitted until you choose to submit it. You can stop a voice session at any time.

Do not use AmphiVox to:

• Break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Collect information deceptively, or pretend to be someone you are not.
• Harass anyone, or send unlawful or abusive content.
• Attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service, or work around its limits and access controls.
• Embed the widget on a site you do not control or are not authorised to use.
• Resell the service or present it as your own product.

We may suspend or remove access, or remove content, where these rules are broken.

Conversations are handled by an AI system, not a person. Respondents must be able to tell that — you must not remove or obscure that indication, or present the assistant as a human being.

If your respondents are somewhere that requires consent before speech is processed or recorded, obtaining that consent is your responsibility.

Speech recognition and AI interpretation are imperfect and will sometimes get things wrong. Answers should be reviewed before they are relied on. AmphiVox is not suitable for medical, legal, financial or emergency use.

Your forms and the responses you collect remain yours. We claim no ownership of them.

You give us permission to store and process that content only so far as is needed to run the service for you — hosting it, transcribing speech, delivering responses where you asked. That permission ends when you delete the content.

The software, design and branding of AmphiVox remain ours.

You can connect Google Sheets, Google Drive or Microsoft Excel so responses are delivered there. Those services are run by Google and Microsoft under their own terms, not ours, and we are not responsible for them.

Connecting an account authorises us to use the resulting access solely to provide the feature you enabled. You can disconnect at any time in AmphiVox, or revoke access from your Google or Microsoft account settings. What we do with that access is described in our Privacy Policy.

There is no uptime guarantee. AmphiVox may be unavailable, may change, and may be discontinued. We may impose or change usage limits at any time.

Please keep your own copy of anything you need. Delivering responses to your own spreadsheet or Drive folder is the most reliable way to do that.

You can stop using AmphiVox whenever you like. To delete your account and its data, email contactus@amphivox.com.

We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, where required by law, or if the service is discontinued.

AmphiVox is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that AI output will be accurate.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, profits or business. Because AmphiVox is provided free of charge, our total liability to you is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all rights your local law gives you that cannot be signed away.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be handled by the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

If you are a consumer elsewhere, you may still have the right to bring proceedings locally and to rely on protections your own law provides.

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version. Continuing to use AmphiVox after a change means you accept it.
